ETHICS & CODE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

The Gala Group, Inc. expects its contract workers, employees, consultants, and volunteers to exemplify the philosophy and discipline of a professional and expert who is righteous and trustworthy in both professional and personal settings. Their actions must exhibit a commitment and enduring honesty, respect, and dignity for human beings and their civil rights while providing professional and compassionate service. Establishing the expectations of TGG through its Code of Professional Conduct & Ethics is one way that TGG puts Honesty, Excellence, Loyalty, and Professionalism into practice.  It's built around the recognition that everything we do in connection with our work at TGG will be, and should be, measured against the highest possible standards of ethical business conduct. We also agree to adhere to the spirit and principles of the restrictions set forth in the United States Code, Title 18, Sections 201-226.

We reaffirm to adhere to this Code of Professional Conduct & Ethics, insomuch that we will abide by the rules, regulations, resolutions, and policies and procedures of TGG.  To this end, we expect each person associated with TGG to follow these principles and conduct oneself in a manner that is compliant with the values and principles stated herein. Anyone associated with TGG who witnesses a violation of law, policy, practice, or regulation is required to report such violation promptly to TGG’s Ethics Officer or Management of suspected violations so that the Chief Security Officer can investigate and take appropriate corrective action when necessary.


Members of the Board of Directors will also execute a Conflict-of-Interest Statement (COIS).

Before a work contractor, employee, or volunteer is placed in an assignment, whether it is at an Agency, Office, Department, Corporation, or Foreign Government worksite, they are required to review and sign an agreement prior to commencing work. This agreement is available for review upon request.
