All associates have between 21 to 35 years of experience in law enforcement.


Our principal associates have more than 250 years of combined experience in the Criminal Justice field. With this experience, we are confident that we can provide the services that your personnel need to be more effective and successful in the community.


Our associates engage in continued education and training via Zoom and Webinar platforms addressing policing, IT security, school security, and skills learned through various federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies.

We have Certified Correctional Trainers (certified by the Correctional Trainer Certification Commission (CTCC) through the American Jail Association (AJA) and International Association of Correctional Training Personnel (IACTP)). Some of our associates presently hold a Top-Secret Clearance (U.S. Department of Justice).

In-service Training:

TGG charges range from $75 to $100 per officer per Core Session of 30 to 40 officers, with previously approved P.O.S.T. curriculums (approval will be obtained from the host state prior to training).
